3x Weekly live creative sessions
I'll be going Live three times a week to work through the Creative Fix Cycle - a creative session that nurtures your nervous system. You can watch live and follow along, or you can watch the replay and follow along in your own time. Or you can ignore me totally and do your own thing - it's completely up to you. It offers you an anchor to help you return regularly to your creativity.
Live sessions will be Monday at 11am, Wednesday at 8pm and Friday at 2pm (all UK time - check your time zone here) to make them accessible for different time zones. Each one will last for one hour in total, with 45 minutes of dedicated creative time. You don't have to make it live - you can use the replay to hold your dedicated creative session whenever you like!

Learn how to make your creativity a regular habit, in a way that suits your unique brain and your specific needs. Build ways of creating you can actually return to — even during stressful or low-energy periods. Over three weeks, you will have access to:
